Shipping Range

  • Countries: We currently ship within the United States of America. We can not ship to P.O boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.


Shipping Costs

  • Within the United States: Free shipping on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time (US).  However delivery time typically can be 5-9 additional business days Eastern time. Total estimated delivery time can be 6- 11 business days.
  • Last Order Time: 5 PM on business days, Eastern Time (US)
  • Weekend and US Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends US Holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days.
  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday Eastern Time (US)
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
  • Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 5-9 business days to receive your order in most cases, process it and deliver it.
  • Holiday/Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (eg: Christmas, Easter, etc), delivery times may be longer.  Check the website for updates.

 

Shipping Process

  • Reliable Courier Services: We typically ship via DHL and FedEx and UPS. Other couriers may be used. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and operational availability.
  • Insured Shipments: All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage in transit. Claims require proof of damage (photos) and must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit to determine acceptability of claim based on verified loss or damage and supporting documentation.

Tracking Instructions

Missing Items Procedure

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via  support@emporiumforall.com
  • Resolution: Missing item claims will be investigated within 3 business days. If confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days
